Summary
Adds a lightweight agent handoff note for agent-created or agent-assisted work.
Why
Agent work often leaves a clean artifact but hides the useful review context: rejected sources, weak assumptions, validation status, and the next thing to attack. This template makes that context auditable without asking for private reasoning.
Scope
Docs-only. No schemas, workflows, generated files, or problem packs changed.
Review focus
Please review whether the template captures enough review context without turning every agent PR into a long report.
